On a medium sized baking sheet lay down one thick (heavy duty preferred) piece of foil.
Add 1/2 sliced red onion, 2-3 garlic cloves roughly chopped, 3-4 lemon slices, and 2 portions of salmon.
Season salmon with lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
Create a bowl with the foil to hold all the ingredients together and pour in 1/4 cup white wine.
Optional: Add 1-2 tbsp. butter
Using another piece of foil, cover the bowl by pinching foil around the edges. Make sure it is sealed.
Place in oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, depending on how large your salmon portions are.
Serve with a side of asparagus (or whatever green veggie you like).
Use a spoon to get all the delicious liquid out from the bottom of the foil bowl. Top with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
