Toddler Mom Workouts

Hey Moms! These are not exercises to do with your toddler, these are exercise you can do around your toddler. If you have a baby or toddler aged child you know how hard it is to fit in a workout and if you have the time you can’t get the workout in because they are either awake or need to be supervised. Kids man.. always need to be taken care of ammiright?

Here are some workouts you can do right in the room with them, or in a room where you can see them in case they decide to start climbing something they shouldn’t. These are meant to BURN and if done in a fast enough pace is a cardio killer! All you need is a timer, a wall, and a mat.

Workout 1 (complete 3 or 4 rounds 30 seconds rest between each round)

  • Pushups x 10-12 reps
  • Bridges x15 (with or without baby on your hips or a dumbbell)
  • Jump squats x30 seconds
  • Mountain climbers x30 seconds

Workout 2 (complete 3 or 4 rounds with 30 second break between each round)

  • Jumping Jacks x1 minute
  • Plank Hops x30 seconds
  • Butt Kicks x30 seconds
  • Burpees x30 seconds
  • Wall sit x30 seconds

Workout 3 (complete 3 or 4 rounds with 30 second break between each round)

  • Air squats x30 seconds
  • Curtsy lunge x30 seconds right side
  • Curtsy lunge x30 seconds left side
  • Plank ups x10-12 reps
  • Bicycle crunches x30 seconds
