Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

Attention Toddler Mom’s and Dad’s: NEW Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe!

These are chocolaty, delicious and nutritious! A great after dinner dessert or midday snack for your little one. (or for you!)

Grab two bowls, one for dry ingredients and one for wet.

Dry Ingredients:

1 scoop chocolate vegan protein ( I use Tone It Up)

1 tbs. cacao powder

1/2 cup oat flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes

1/2 cup mini vegan chocolate chips ( or whatever you prefer to use)

Wet Ingredients:

1 egg

1 mashed banana

1 tbs. vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

After you have mixed all the ingredients in each bowl, add the dry to the wet mixture and combine well. Use a 6 muffin tin and spray with coconut oil spray. Evenly distribute and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
