The holidays are right around the corner and while most will save the diets or resolutions for after the new year, I thought it would be great to get ahead of the game.

During these 15 days you can watch me @good_craving on Instagram posting videos and live cooking demos each day to help you stay on track.

You can access the grocery list here as well. Keep in mind this is a lot of items, but it is enough for 2 people and for a solid 15 days. Some of these items you will probably have in your home already. Also, be sure to read over the meal plan so you can freeze meats or hold off on buying certain produce until week 2.
