Cranberry and Cinnamon Overnight Oats

This recipe is simple and takes under 10 minutes to make! This is a great way to prep for snacks/breakfast for the week ahead. The recipe below yields 2 servings.

I like to store these in mason jars so they are easy to take on the road and take up little space in the fridge.

All you need to do is mix all the ingredients below in a large bowl, then evenly distribute the mixture into 2 containers. You will want it to sit overnight so the mixture thickens before eating.

dry ingredients


1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

4 tsp. of chia seeds

1 scoop collagen peptides**

1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder

2/3 cup gluten free rolled oats

1 tbs. cinnamon

3 tbs. dried cranberries

mix in wet ingredients
