I have never been a huge fan of cauliflower, but once I tried buffalo style cauliflower bites at a restaurant, I knew I could make an even healthier version of my own at home.
Set your oven to 375 degrees and in a large baking pan spread the following ingredients out.
Ingredients: (mix all the below up in a bowl)
1 bag frozen cauliflower florets
1/4 cup melted ghee
1/2 cup hot sauce ( I like Frank’s!)
1 tbs red pepper flakes
1-2 tbs. onion powder
*optional: 2 tbs. Sriracha sauce
