This recipe uses simple ingredients and is easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 3-4 Parsnips
- 1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
- Onion Powder, salt, pepper, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder
- 2-3 tbs. Sesame Seeds
You will need a large non stick baking pan for this recipe
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray pan with coconut oil spray or any non stick spray you have on hand.
Slice parsnips into 1/4 inch rounds and place in large bowl.
Add the melted coconut oil and mix (working with your hands works best!) the parsnips until all are covered.
Add seasonings to taste, ensure each parsnip round is seasoned.
Lay parsnips out on baking pan, you may need more than one pan to ensure they don’t overlap.
Bake for 20 minutes then flip for remaining 15 minutes or until golden brown.
These are great as a side dish or even as a midday snack. Feel free to add salt to taste!
