Zoodles and Tomatoes

This meal is great to make as a side or as a main dish. You can add a protein of your choice if you want something a bit more filling. I like to add in garbanzo beans or cooked shrimp!

All you need are the ingredients below and a spiralizer.

  • Onions and GarlicSaute onion garlic and olive oil in a pan
  • spiraling zucchini
  • add zucchini to pan
  • add can of crushed tomatoes ( strain first)
  • season to taste


1-2 Zucchini

1 can diced tomatoes

1/2 onion

1 clove garlic

1 tbs. olive oil

salt, pepper, basil, red pepper flakes,

Optional ** Add feta cheese as topping
