Hotel Workout – No Equipment Required

I am staying overnight in a beautiful hotel in Boston this week and am taking full advantage of a great gym space.

I have been to some crappy hotel gyms and I must say this one may be the best I have seen. It is also really nice when you are the only person in there! (cmon slackers!)

I knew I would be sitting all day tomorrow for a long meeting and wanted to get my blood flowing. While this gym was filled with medicine balls, treadmills, ellipticals, and bands I found myself using just a timer and my body! (and it was killer!)

Here is what I did, and what YOU can do anytime anywhere – no equipment required. 

30 seconds of each movement, 30 second break after you go through the 4 moves. Do each circuit three times before moving onto the next circuit.

circuit one (x3)

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Squat Jumps
  • Pushups
  • Plank/shoulder taps

circuit two (x3)

  • Butt Kickers
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Plank Jacks
  • High Knees

circuit three (x3)

  • Burpees
  • Walking Lunges
  • Toe Crunches
  • High Knees
