Follow me @Good_Craving

Is it just me or has this winter been draggggging and make you feel blah? Spring is finally just around the corner and if you are anything like me you have been eating a bit more.. ya know to stay warm!? No? Just me? Either way, the weather is finally turning and with a new season comes new goals. I will be cleaning out the pantry and prepping clean and delicious foods to lose that winter weight. Whose with me? 🐿
Reasons to buy what is in season: Less expensive, tastes better, environmentally friendly, supports local farmers, less travel time, and supports your body’s natural nutritional needs. 🥦🥬🥑
Easy dinner or lunch idea: Mexican Style Salad. Mine is meatless, but you can add meat of your choice, bean of your choice and more toppings like jalapeño or corn if you have it. This one had:
“You can absorb the energy around you or you can create it.” Wise words from the one and only @tune2tunde ⚡️
Went to bed at 7:30 last night after feeling wiped out all day. Starting today with a bit more energy and a mini facial! This Drunk Elephant Babyfacial is something I like to use once a week and I only leave on for about 15 minutes because it is quite strong for my sensitive skin. Leaves it super soft and gets rid of all the nasty skin cells. Highly recommend!
I love the start of a new month. New month, new possibilities and new goals to work towards. No better time then now to focus on your health and wellness. 🌟
What can you do for yourself this weekend? Self care doesn’t have to cost money. Comment below with your favorite things to do for yourself on the weekends.
Happy National Chili Day! New meatless recipe on the blog, but you can certainly add in whatever meat you like 👍🏻 Happy eating!
Waking up earlier started off as a challenge and now I look forward to it. Having some time to myself while everyone else is asleep is something I need. Anyone else a morning bird? Ever consider trying it for a week? It is wild how quickly my internal clock changed and by day 6 I woke up without an alarm. ⏰
